SMART Habit Saturday

I really liked how much more stuff I got done, this week when Aaron took the computer to work with him. I got backed up in my feed reader, but otherwise, it was nice to be forced to have time to do so many of the things I needed and wanted to do. So, my goal this week is to only get on the computer to blog once per day and to be on for an hour or less. I end up checking and reading many times through the day and I could be spending my time a lot more wisely!!

I have to use a timer too! I hope you get many more things done with all your extra time.

This is something I still struggle with, too. But it IS truly amazing what I can get done on the (very few) days when I don't do a lot of computer time.

Good luck this week.

I find I get so much more done when I restrict my computer usage to a certain amount of time per day. Good luck this week!

He took the computer with him to work? That's too funny. Last week my husband too my mouse to work with him. But, we did it on purpose because I get caught up in my emails, blogging & researching on the net - there really is a very important life going on outside of the computer! And, I need to be there more!! So, I can completely relate to that one. I really enjoyed the time I had without the computer this past week.

Take Care,
Mercy

I can't wait to see how this habit goes. Setting limits would be good for me, too :)!! Good luck!

I'm terrible about checking my e-mail several times a day. My computer is right by my kitchen so I don't know if I'll ever stop!

Have a great week!

I have gotten so off track with my habits. I have got to get back to doing them again. I've lost my brain!

i should do better, i know, you are right.

which scripture did you name your pen-name "Tirzah" after? or did you name it after something else? i just came across the tirzah in song of soloman today in my normal daily reading and i did a double-take and said to myself, hey, that is like tirzah from the bloggy world. and it was just like your spelling.

~happy Sabbath :) kathleen

ps. good luck on your goal this week :)
