So, I have this really bad habit of making ugly faces when Aaron points the camera at me. Part of the problem is that he usually gets really close, so I just get weird. I think (and I realized this just while I was typing) that I might make faces so that I don't have to look at pictures of myself that look bad without trying. Don't get me wrong, I think I am beautiful, it just rarely comes out on film. I can love the way I look in the mirror and 2 seconds later have a picture taken and HATE it! I am really not a photogenic person. I should let Aaron take normal pictures of me. He is really good at taking pictures of other people....

Oh, my dear! That's what photoshop is for! You can take any picture at all, and if your vanity is strong enough (mine frequently is) you can make yourself into a supermodel! woo-hoo!
Besides, making faces into a camera is fun. And it could be worse...you could be tempted to moon the camera every time he takes it out. Making faces isn't so bad, huh?

howdy tirzah: awesome that you all have been enjoying the sun. yesterday was a beautiful sunny warm day for us, too, so i worked some more on painting the exterior trim of our house. so slow going, but it felt so good to be getting something done that needs to be done!
