
I thought I'd start out well and join in again. I haven't done a new habit in a long time. Between Aaron's masters degree and then being pregnant I haven't had the time or energy to try to start new things. I haven't been able to keep up with the normal stuff.
But, I have been feeling a little better, lately. I want to start getting SMARTer, again. It may take me several weeks to get these down and I think I'll join Lara and do only one thing per month.
This month, I am going to work on exercising. I haven't had the energy to do much working out and I need to start! We just bought a new piece of equipment and since it is still new and fun, I should start now!

Working out while pregnant is so hard because you're sick in the beginning and by the time you're feeling better you're out of shape and too pregnant to get back in shape! But you can do it! Even a little bit helps I think.
