We signed all the paperwork to put our townhouse on the market on Monday!! We are really excited and stressed, already! There is a lot to do to get it ready to show to people, so I hope we can do it!

Hurrrray! The market is HORRRRIBLE here and in Canada, my poor brother and his wife are making double house payments because they cannot sell their hous. Much more luck to you!
If we didn't sell, we'd just commute longer and wait. Or sell at a lower price and rent! We are determined to leave!
