SMART Habit Saturday

Last week, I made my cleaning schedule and although I didn't follow it everyday, I did follow it for about 4 days. It is a good start and I want to continue that for this week. It feels nice to have things cleaner and more orderly. We have also been purging our paper clutter from most of our marriage!! We are definitely in recovery from our pack rat tendencies!! If we can just get it all out of here and on to better homes (or the garbage...).

Here is my schedule:

Su-maintenance
M- weekend recovery
T-vacuum & mop
W-bathroom
R-major organization
F-vacuum & mop
Sa-sheets & dusting

Every day-toys away, clutter removal, laundry & dishes

If you aren't doing it already, go over and see the Lazy Organizer!

Purging and cleaning is the current bug I have got, too :) !! Keep up the good work! When I go through this mode I call it my DI Treasure Time ... I am finding treasures for other people :) !!

I'm trying out the schedule thing too, need to print it out this week for an easier reminder. Good luck!

I really like you daily schedules. Having different things that you do on different days. I want it all done everyday and that is just not practical--at least for me!
Thanks for stopping by.

I haven't been by in awhile, and I come and you've cleaned up the place. Why, lookit all the purty flowers! I think you should tell the lazy organizer that she needs to create a downloadable house decorating template for her...er, followers? Wouldn't that be nice? Click a button, and fresh paint, new furnishings, new decor? Oh, I wish.

I used to be so organized but a major life trial we went through three years ago really set me back and now we're finally recovering. I CAN'T WAIT to get back on track. There is nothing I love me than order and organization....welll, except for Jesus and my family, of course, and freedom and stuff like that. :)
