SMART Habit Saturday

I missed another week, but I have still been trying to remember to take a vitamin and working my way through 64 ounces of water. I have been doing okay. I feel good about what I have been able to do.

This week, I want to work on exercise! I have been eating better and now, I want to work on exercise. I want to do something physical every day. Aaron wants to as well, so that should make it easier!

If you want to become a better person one habit at a time, go over to The Lazy Organizer and learn all about it!

Good luck with your goals. I'm trying to work on simple habits first & then go to the harder ones-like drinking water everyday. If you read my blog you will discover I'm a dt Dr Pepper addict!

Have a good week!

This is mine too this week. Maybe we'll all keep each other going and motivated. Can't wait to see how well you do.

Have a great week.

Hi Tirzah! I wanted to come by to catch up. I have had a hard time keeping up with blogs lately. I just have to give it to you for your excercising. I've thought about it so much this summer but have yet to commit again. I also wanted to tell you that I ADORE your hats! They are SO CUTE! I'm going to get my daughter to look to see if there are any she would like. She's a little older so the very babyish ones won't appeal to her, but I will be checking back with you as my friends kids have birthdays, etc. You have quite a talent! Hope your weekend is sweet and relaxing.

Oh, the hats are so cute! I just started a hat tonight for a friend. I knit mine but I don't make them very often because I'm always losing track of the counting and starting over! That doesn't happen with my quilting.

Have a SMART week!
