"When you die by your own stupidity, you are already avenged!"
This was actually said in my house last night! Aaron even said I should blog about it! Ha! Let's just say it was influenced by a really dumb TV show!
We tend to have lots of conversations about stupidity in our house. Not that we are always doing the most brilliant things, but we try.
As I write this, I am revealing that we can be critical. That is a quality that I really hate about myself. I hate that I don't always listen to that little voice telling me not to talk sometimes. It is so hard not to compare and criticise, but I really do try. I just hope I'm not one of those people who others wonder what I say when they are gone. I don't want to make people feel judged!
Okay, so this post really went in a different and random direction. But, that is how my brain works. I float from one thing to another!
I hope you were able to follow!

This week has been horrible for my own church members completely misconstruing the truth about things that were taking place with us. So yes, I agree, we have to be SO CAREFUL what conclusions we draw from events as we see them and remember that they are NEVER a complete representation of actual intentions. But that can be such a fine line from fleeing from evil when it's necessary too! I believe God made it that way so we would HAVE to seek Him and not simply fall back on our rules and traditions. Hey I see the little button over there. It won't be long now!
I have been really working on this same thing lately, not being so critical and passing judgment so easily. Instead I am trying to see the good and true potential in everyone, much easier said than done.
I get your point, but that first quote is too funny.
I'm not judgmental but I can seem that way when I'm joking around. I just think certain things are funny even if I don't truly feel that way about them. So, I too have to watch what I say. Luckily my husband gets my humor and so I can say things to him without getting in trouble.
