I have really liked having the accountability and the thought to want to make these goals happen everyday! Here are some updates on all of my SMART goals:
Week #1--I set out to make all the beds every morning (the kids' beds always get made still, but mine isn't always), I also wanted to run the dishwasher every night and empty it every morning, so that the dishes were always done. (that happens a lot of the time and we have really liked having the kitchen so nice!) My third goal that week was to read my scriptures every day. (That went really well for the week and continued into the next week, but I haven't been doing so well lately) It looks like I need to bring those goals back, huh?
Week #2--I contiued on those goals to make them better habits.
Week #3--I added working on preschool everyday with Luke. (We didn't do every single day, but we did do a lot more than we have been)
I guess I started before Lara did the first official week, so my Week #1 wasn't a full week...whatever. I'll just be different, because this makes since to me.
Week #4--Obviously, I need to keep working on all my old goals, so I want to convince myself that I am working on those still!! I do want to add one thing for this week: I am going to do some form of exercise everyday (except Sunday)! My daily diet isn't too bad, but I don't get nearly enough exercise & and I really want to feel more healthy!
Well, wish me luck & good luck on all of your goals as well!

I, too, have liked having the accountability. It keeps me motivated.
Sounds like you have been doing pretty well.
Good luck on the exercise. I know I feel so much better when I am able to workout everyday. If I don't, I am much grumpier ... just ask my family.
I don't exercise! Maybe I should work on that next week!
You're doing a good job on your goals! Good luck with keeping them up and with your new goal as well! I hope you like the Joe's Goals site...I thought it was a great accountability tool! Along with the ladies participating in SMART Habit Saturday, ofcourse! :) Have a great week!
Good luck on your new exercise goal. That has been my goal from week one and I'm doing pretty well with it. I missed yesterday and I do keep feeling like I'm forgetting something. I think it really is becoming a habit.
Have a great week!
I am horrible about exercising! I'm the same way - my diet is pretty good but I really need to increase my activity. I've been reading You, On a Diet and they have some great ideas for exercises you can do at home. I never have time to make it to the gym.
You are doing such a good job! I missed a couple days of exercise last week and I was not happy about it. I skipped one night to stay home and organize my junk room but that was totally worth the missed workout.
Have a great week with all your habits. Those are some cut little trouble makers you have there!
Sounds like you are doing pretty good! Good luck this week!
Good luck this week. I like how you have broken down each week.
